Hey! I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I’ve learned that people and relationships make it happen. (Skill, talent, and coffee are a given.) I have a strong visual eye, blending technical geekery with genuine compassion for the people I meet on set. I love the challenge and reward of filming, and being part of teams that create great visual stories.

I’m a DP with a deep love for visual storytelling and people. Thousands of photographs in high school and college evolved into a career crafting films that truly inspire.
I’ve collaborated with brands like Nike, Amex, Pepsi, and IKEA—plus many more too numerous to list. I’ve collaborated everything from raw doc-style narratives in the arctic to polished commercials internationally. It’s not really for the awards, but I do have a few 10+ Telly awards, three Addy awards, and two Emmys. It’s regional, but my dad thinks it’s cool.
Being on set still excites me. I love being on set with other professionals, working through the myriad of hiccups that can pop up on set. I firmly believe we’re all on the same team, and while direction and hard decisions are necessary, kindness and compassion are the best ways to get the job done. And, of course, coffee and humor are mandatory too.
